Objective
Alaskans were not aware that there was quality orthopedic care available right there in Fairbanks. We needed to get the word out and help connect patients to the incredible care offered by McKinley Orthopedics. By engaging at a strategic level, we worked with Mckinley to build a roadmap that enabled a rapid modernization of their site and IT systems—complete with training.
Outcome
New website went live 6 weeks after kick off, with 1/4 of a second rendering time under load.
Mckinley's growing team successfully migrated to G-Suite Enterprise and Slack.
All IT Systems work in concert with the highly performing website.
Process
What started as an inspiring conversation led to an exciting partnership with Dr. Carey and his team. IT sprawl was affecting productivity and holding the team back.
We quickly established a milestone based plan that allowed us to reach a full tech modernization for the entire organization—allowing them to focus on their patients.
Approach
Vision
With Mckinley Orthopedics, we envisioned a modern tech solution that would be more manageable for the whole team. We worked with the staff to migrate over to a new email and file management system while creating a new collaborative platform.
Execution
We designed and developed a completely new website using innovative technology and AWS based infrastructure. This allowed slack collaboration through full integration on the site. In addition, we replaced legacy email systems with Google Suite Enterprise.

From representing McKinley Orthopedics in technical conversations with other vendors to ongoing maintenance and technology support we think of ourselves as an extension to the Mckinley Orthopedics team.
